ND Bright Centre

Eclectic Singapore home entrance featuring vintage Marlboro and Vicks displays with a Kodak sign and exposed brick archway.

This project redefines the Singapore interior design landscape through a “Modern Retro” lens, ideal for homeowners seeking narrative-driven spaces. The space blends heritage nostalgia with industrial grit, integrating iconic local memorabilia with raw elements like deconstructed brick archways. Whether for a unique HDB renovation or condo and landed interior design reflecting personal history, this project showcases how daring palettes and textural contrasts transform standard floor plans into tailored sanctuaries.

Spatial flow is anchored by intuitive space planning and zoning. Replacing rigid walls, the design utilizes semi-transparent blinds as partitions and a signature “broken” masonry arch to delineate the creative studio. This open-concept approach suits the modern Singaporean lifestyle where homes often double as professional hubs. Industrial track lighting, mosaic flooring, and custom workstations ensure the studio remains functional yet soulful, providing inspiration for home office ideas and multi-functional living.

The kitchen design features handle-less, matte terracotta custom cabinetry paired with natural stone backsplashes—a grounded aesthetic that stands out in the Singapore renovation market. This detail extends to the bathroom design, where vertical “bamboo” tiles in forest green create a moody retreat. These finishes ensure the space is executed with a balance of aesthetic beauty and long-term durability.

This project highlights the custom carpentry and curated styling in creating a one-of-a-kind residence. From high-contrast teal and coral shelving to vintage home decor, every element is engineered to tell a story.

As a dedicated interior design studio in Singapore, we deliver tailored solutions that bring your vision to life. For a home renovation journey prioritizing personality and architectural integrity, this project serves as a creative and practical blueprint for your new space.
